Spinach Quiche
1 pie crust
2 eggs beaten
1 cup milk
2 tablespoons flour
2 cups grated cheddar
1 lb bacon, cooked and chopped
1/2 tsp. salt
1 box spinach cooked and squeezed dry
Mix all ingredients. Pour into pie crust and bake about 50 minutes at 350 degrees.
I love simple and delicious foods. I'm especially proud though because we had planned to go out to eat and decided to save the money and eat at home!

If you are interested in the board and batten treatment for your dining room, go over and read Kimba's blog..she has her's and some more that are just awesome and also instructions. Nothing hard about it at all and it will add so much character to a room. I know you would just love it...
NOW...aren't you the one that painted over wallpaper? I have wallpaper in my bath and want to redo it...(in the winter sometime) and I KNOW it has a couple of layers of paper...no way am I going to tackle that job. I want to just paint over it and the border because I just know if I try to take the border off, it will pull the paper just in places and then I'm going to have a royal mess!! Talk to me, girl..tell me what I wanna hear!! ;0
Oh Lady, that sounds so great tasting - must try the recipe soon.
